I took my diamond and Emerald ring off and put it in my large purse so the dust from my fill didn’t get into the stones. The female owner (who did my nails) saw me do this and commented on my ring. I made the mistake of leaving my purse unattended while I washed my hands. I never saw my ring again! When I called the shop later and spoke to the male co-owner asking if a ring was returned, his immediate response was “we don’t do that, we don’t take things.” I found this to be odd as I never accused them of stealing. Getting your nails done shouldn’t be painful! Durning my pedicure last night, the lady was so rough on my feet I kept saying it hurts and she did nothing about it, and now the next day my toe is still in a lot of pain.
New owners are friendly, and they have a dedicated staff... some have been there for years. I neglected my nails for years because I was a busy mom. Now that I'm back working with the public, I wanted to take time to care for myself again but I was nervous about having nice nails after spending time getting them done. They get me in and out quickly, and my nails last 2-3 weeks, even with all the wear and tear they go through while I'm serving and taking care of customers. I gave this place TWO years to improve and it’s only gotten worse (every other week, for two years). I just walked out with a bad gel manicure, as always, after TWO hours in the chair. For a gel manicure with polish change. Also, for two years, there has been ONE single color option for “dark red” that I have ever been presented. Literally one. The lack of color selection is bizzare...since it's a nail salon. I think maybe they don't share colors? This area is a nail care desert and I would kill to find a single tech anywher... read more
The girls here are genuinely the sweetest and do a really good job , but whoever the new guy working is needs a little more training , my nails don’t look terrible but they weren’t worth the price and are a bit uneven and longer than I asked for.
