I called for a same day pedi for 2, they had a flexible schedule and took us right in. Facility was clean and organized, staff was friendly and professional. Also I felt they had good prices on the services provided. We had no issues at all. I am new to area and this will be my new nail salon.
I called to ask if they took Amex before I made the appt. Woman who barely spoke English said yes. I asked 3 different times. Do you take American Express for payment? Do you accept American Express? Can I pay with American Express? She said yes, I went in. They did not accept Amex. The male manger said he never said that. Told him I did not speak to him, spoke to a woman. Bing did my ANC and pedicure this morning and it was amazing! Hands down the best attention to detail and the shape was perfect!
