I’ve been a customer since day 1, always make an appointment well in advance . Today’s appointment gets pushed back because my girl was over booked. Not my problem, I make appointments for this reason. I will find a new place going forward
5 days ago I made an appointment for 2:00 to have an acrylic fill. They were very busy and clearly overbooked. I waited 15 minutes to be sat (which I didnt mind as these things happen) While I was waiting on my service I heard the Gentleman next to me talking with a client about how his father "who was better than him" would be taking over her service. They did the wrong color wrong and they did the wrong design and the guy was drilling my cuticles.
Very rushed as soon as I walked in to pick a color and get started, very little communication throughout the process. They did pay close attention to each nail while cleaning and prepping, that was very nice, and I am happy with the end result of a velvety cat eye. The polish is a little see through at many angles which I don’t love but not a deal breaker. (These are my natural nails that I shaped, so they are not completely even per me)
