By not telling customers to "f*** themselves" My wife was there earlier today and had to remove her mask while eating and breast feeding, the owner comes up and rudely tells her to put her mask on. Later, after insisting her apologize with him denying it; I get the old "Ok then f*** you"

The staff was wonderful, the place was very clean & constantly being wiped down by the workers..

My toddler and baby love it! There are so many things to do here and my toddler can play with a lot of the stuff independently. They are cleaning a lot after they see kids leave an area they clean it.

Where to start..... I would probably give this place 1-2 stars mainly because my kids did have fun. But as a mom who always plans home birthday party’s and goes all out, this year i decided to book a birthday party for 8 kids which I already thought was overpriced (they provide Capri sun for drinks, 1 pizza, it’s 18 dollars for additional pizzas and tablecloths, a visit with the mascot and bubbles) NO BALLOONS, I brought my own plates, cups, etc. so literally all that had to be set up was a tablecloth. This place doesn't deserve not even a star, my sister gave as a birthday gift for my 2 years old Daugther 3 tickets from this place that was purchase at Groupon for $15 each back in July she used 2 of this tickets here and they took them without a problem. Today my husband took her to play here because she still had 1 more ticket that expires on October 6th when my husband show the lady at front the last ticket that we had and she told him they are not longer taking this tick... Unexpired Groupons not honored at this place. I purchased three Groupons to Lucky Monkey that are still good as of the date of this review (they expire September 8, 2019). With well more than a month before expiration, my daughter drove an hour and a half one way to get to this place to let her girls play and celebrate the twins' birthday. And, with one of the girls being a special needs child, the three-hour travel time is not to be taken lightly. We have been coming here since they opened several years ago. My kids absolutely loved it and so did I...comfy chairs to sit in and the place was spotless. We even had one of my kid's birthday parties there because he loved it so much. After they raised the prices, we took a break from coming...with three kids and no sibling discount, it was a lot of money to spend for just a few hours of play time.
