I had a wonderful experience at lucky locs salon! Carmen is a wonderful, knowledgeable woman who truly cares about the health of your hair. My consultation was informative and she even did a couple tester locs (braids and twist) so I would know what to expect on my install day. Her work is superb and while she will do the style you request she will let you know what will work best for your unique hair type. I’ve been going here for over a year so far and I love it. The woman who does my hair is extremely nice and understanding. I completely recommend this place
She is the exact definition of unprofessional. First she doesn’t respond to her clients, she doesn’t answer her clients calls, and she responds to questions clients have the day before! It’s completely ridiculous. Not only was she unprofessional, but my gf wasted SEVERAL months not gaining any progress with her locs working with them. She started in February and it is now August, she hasn’t gotten ANYWHERE with her locing process and now she has to start all over with a new loc tech who ACTUALLY cares about my baby’s hair. Carmen is the BEST! My son had some bad braids put in at another braider and we didn't know what to do, the day before school started! She met with us same day and undid the damage and then instructed us on how to care for his hair until he has enough growth to get just what he wants. Can't wait to see her in a few weeks for his PROPER braids!
I’ve been seeing Carmen for over a year and I’m so grateful I’ve found her to start and continue my loc journey. For healthy happy locs I recommend this place a million times over again
