Horrible experience. My stylist Brittany totally fried my hair and caused SIGNIFICANT hair loss during the bleaching process. Didn't listen to me at all about the type of cut that I wanted and messed up the color completely. My wedding is in less than 30 days and now I have bald spots on my head and my hair is way to short for the updo that I wanted. Total devastated.
