Set up an appointment for a consultation. The artist never showed up. Then I was told he'd be there in 2 hours after I'd already waited over an hour. Said I could see him but I'd have to set up a different appointment for another consultation. Very poor service. Just wasted a ton of time 2 different days for nothing
