This is some of the worst customer service that I’ve ever had at any lucky Finn. It is one thing to have to wait for a simple cold brew coffee with a slash of oat milk when there’s a line out the door. It’s completely separate to watch the staff stand and text on their phones (without hair nets or gloves on a single person making food or drinks) or step off the counter and have a 5 min conversation.
