With all the heavy rain recently, the chimney for our wood stove in the basement had some leaking issues that caused some flooding. We tried calling a different company at first to repair the problem, and they ended up diagnosing it to be a problem that was way too costly for us to afford (without even going up on the roof to actually check the chimney out). The best and most honest chimney sweep you will ever come across!
I used this company years ago and was very happy. I wanted to use them again and left 6 messages and nobody returned a call. I guess they must be really busy or out of business.
I bought a new house with a fireplace and didn't know much about the chimney or when it has last been cleaned. I called Lucky Ducks and promptly got a call back from Keith, who scheduled an appointment with me, came out at a convenient time and cleaned the chimney. Keith was prompt, polite, did a great job and charged an extremely reasonable price. He also agreed to help me with some improvements that need to be done. I look forward to contacting Lucky Ducks in the future for all of my chimney cleaning needs.
