Called for a simple estimate to come to Prineville for a no start diagnosis on our RV. The lady was extremely rude and cussed me out for no reason. I would not support this business

I had storm damage on my 5th wheel. I am handicaped so getting around was very hard. When they arrived to inspect (Kevin) was very respectful and courteous. The awning had to be replaced. Before he left i asked him if he could check my hot water heater. It needed a part as well. When the awning arrived they called ahead and was on time to complete repair. As full-timers we know a great tech when we find one. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and able to figure out unique ways to diagnose a complicated issue. We were able to get an appointment quickly, he showed up on time, correctly diagnosed the issue and gave us some option. Before he left he put everything back together like he was never there. Excellent service!! I recommend this business 100%.
