Was trying to purchase a boat from Lucky Dog, Jeff went above and beyond to help and answer all my questions, and I know there were a lot of them. Very good customer service. Even though I was not able to purchase the boat because of some issues on my end the experience was still good. Top notch all the way. Even though I was not able to purchase the boat, I would definitely recommend them for a boat purchase if they have anything that you are interested in.
Jeff and Liz worked with me very well. I was purchasing a boat from Lucky Dog while I lived in IL. Jeff gave honest opinions as he had to be my eyes down there. He worked on arranging a trailer for the sale as well. Jeff sent me many photos and answered a ton of questions for me. Even though there where a couple hang ups with financing, we worked through those issues at closing. I was still leave on time to head back to Wisconsin with the boat as that was to be its new location. Thanks Jeff.
Jeff was great to deal with. I was under a time crunch to get the boat and had a lot of hiccups along the way. He helped come up with a creative way for me to get the boat as we were processing paperwork. He is very up front and honest. He will have all my future buisness as well.
