Responsible for dog deaths last summer. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR DOGS. They blamed employees, left in disgrace, let another woman revitalize the location and hiked up rent once the place had a positive reputation again. Utterly garbage.
I cannot believe this place is reopening and cannot imagine who will take their dog there, given the dog deaths that occurred under this "old" management. Natalie and Love My Dog did so much work to turn the place around and to clean it up - it looks good now but they will no doubt go back to their old, bad practices. I was in there after the last dog death and the owners couldn't have cared less about it; I only took my dog back once Natalie was involved and it changed to Love My Dog.
