Tried this place. Under new management. Great experience first time and some of the most relaxing spa pedicures. Super convenient and was able to on a Saturday afternoon to get in fairly quickly. Thanks ladies!!
Devastating is all I can say about my visit this weekend. I came in for a gel manicure on my long natural nails. They stuck me with the new girl who didn’t even ask what shape I wanted before she started filing. She filed my nails at a slant. I gave her several chances to fix them. I shouldn’t have as I saw my poor nails getting shorter and shorter. Another lady took over for her and cut me twice. She also said my nails were too short for the shape I wanted. Manicure is not included in the 35$ gel manicure price. Literally did a nail polish change and nothing else. It took 3 ppl to accomplish this as answering the phones was also their priority. One was unlicensed as her license was not hung with the other two workers. Then I go home for my nails to quite literally feel like they got run over by a truck. They hurt so bad I had to put a heating pad on them to stop the throbbing for two days. I called to ask for the gel to be removed they said just come get your money instead and ... read more
