My first time being here. I waited about 2.5 hours to be seen for 15 mins tops. The secretary told me false information regarding health insurance when I heard with my own ears what the rep from insurance said. Can someone tell me what is another term for annual physical. Because the secretary claimed its called a pre employment screening so I can co pay when for my annual physical when my annual is covered in full by insurance. No respect for the patients and don't be fooled by the business hours because the doctor is always rushing to go home by 3. There is no sense of professionalism. I waited 3 hours to be seen by a doctor for less than 10 minutes. No attention to detail.
Receptionist is very unprofessional. Great doctors but I don’t understand how you hire anyone with no experience. Worst bed side manners. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
