ok place This is a good place if you are in the area. They are nice and professional but I have one problem with them. One time I showed up to pick up my clothes and they told me to come back the next day. So I did and the clothes were still not ready. It is not good policy to tell customers to come and not have their stuff ready. Note: Orders under ten dollars are cash only.

Awful to do business with... These folks afre awful business people. They completely ruined a virtually new Georffrey Beene dress shirt (burn marks all over the front) and suggested that I brought it in that way (yeah...I burned the shirt and wasn't aware of it). They then got rude and personally insulted both myself and my wife. I will NEVER do business with these folks again.

Good place Lucky cleaners can do overnight jobs and is very prompt and good. I have only had them dryclean my clothes but I am going to try their alterations for a few pairs of pants. They do only take cash for $10 and under.

No concept of customer service! I've given this business the benefit of the doubt too many times now, and I will never go back. They should change their name to "Lucky (If We Have Your Stuff Done)!" On one occasion I was promised the tailoring on a suit to be ready in 1 week. I went back 3 days after the promised date, and was told they'd need another week. I went back on the new promised date and my suit still wasn't done! No apology, no adjustment in price, no nothing. Last week my daughter dropped off a dress to be cleane... read more
