We have eaten here many times and have recommended Lucky Chucky’s in the past. Today was another story: service was slow and bordered on rude - no smiles, communication, updates. Sandwiches were lukewarm warm at best after waiting ~45 minutes to get them; fries were cold; meat was tough. I think we need to give them a year or two to get it back together.,

This was our second visit to Lucky Chucky's and as with the first visit the food and service and ambiance here were all excellent. It was a cold and drab day when we were in Oconomowoc and we decided to try Chucky's again and we weren't disappointed we seated ourselves as the sign read as we entered and our server was right there with menus and setup items. I stopped by with my mom on a HOT summer day, 7/13/26 and we decided to sit in the screened in porch. It was comfortable and we were able to view the lake. Our server was Brynn, VERY sincerely sweet. We each had a strawberry mojito(YUM). I ordered the Cuban with think cut fries. VERY tasty Cuban and the fries were seasoned wonderfully. Had a great burger lunch day. Patties were cooked to perfection and generous, and I loved the "Tiny French fries". Service was courteous and professional, and my food arrived just as ordered and hot. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.
