I truly had a wonderful experience. Jess was amazingly professional&kind. I visited without reservation, and spent a lot of time for getting ready before the piercing, and she waited patiently for me and I was so thankful. She answered to my questions so kindly and sincerely. I was feeling nervous, but she made the atmosphere comfortable so I felt way more relived. The studio is located upstairs in the tattoo parlour. Jess was responsive and bubbly. Great place in Newtown to get piercing done.

i've been seeing Jess for a few years now and she is kind, helpful and so knowledgeable. she always sets a comfy, clean environment and has the cutest jewellery on hand!
