I tried this restaurant through door dash, when the order arrived in a paper bag placed in a plastic one they had set the sweet and sour sauce on top, it had spilled all over the order it was leaking into the plastic bag all over my counter a complete mess and part of the order was missing. They would not reimburse me.

My family and I eat there often. The food and service are GREAT! The waitresses are attentive or if you want to say this, they work hard for their tips. Which is fine with me. Portions are huge, no more expensive than most places for a family of four. The gravy is the best! However there is one small complaint, napkins, don't like linen napkins and no matter how many people are seated at my table, if i asked for paper napkins, i only get 3! Geez, LET THE NAPKINS GO! Then you will get that 5th star!
I have been going here for close to 15 years and this is by far the best Chinese food restaurant that I have ever been to. There is no other egg roll that I have had that compares. The sweet and sour chicken is amazing. The food is always ready in 15 minutes and piping hot. I love you this place and will continue for many years, they could not disappoint me!
My Wife and I ordered delivery tonight from the "Lucky Cafe'" for the first time since recently moving to Jackson. This was honestly the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Delivery time was around an hour, which was fine. Portions were bigger than we expected and the price was fine (under $20.00 for two , excluding tip).
