Never coming here again, poor customer service from girl sitting on the chair behind the counter all up in her phone, she had serious RBF. I believe she said her name was Sky, doesn't greet you or offer help. I recommend the Citadel location, staff there is always friendly and treat you with courtesy.. the gal working at del amo didn't seem to want to work there
I received the rudest "service" from this store today. When I stated what i was looking for in a pair of jeans, instead of helping me, the associate quickly rattled off available styles. After a number of painful exchanges, she finally brings me a pair of jeans and lifts up the tag suggesting that i "take a picture next time" (so i know what i want). Incredulous, I just smile and walk out.
My review is an average of 2 back to back visits to the Del Amo store. I would give 5 stars for Wednesday and 0 stars for Thursday. Yesterday, Wednesday 7/26, I popped in to take a look at your jean selection. To my surprise, I didn't realize there was a store in Del Amo, the store at The Point in El Segundo had closed. Yesterday the store was bustling inside and your manager was pleasantly interactive and informative.
