This store is a joke. They lock the doors for an hour for lunch with no sign and against company policy. Two employees on staff that take breaks at the same time. No sign. No communication. When they opened I asked About it being closed and the manager has a panic attack and left the store. This is a poorly staffed unorganized store with employees who are burnt out and stressed.
Went in for a party of jeans and walked out with a couple pair. Sara was running the show and was hands down just an amazing host. She was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable… such a delight and hard to find this type of top notice service! This review is kind of late, but my partner brought it up and I realized how odd this was. A few months ago I went and bought a shirt from this store. The person who worked with us had really short hair, glasses and a head wrap. We were talking about 90s stuff which was fun and when we pulled up my email account I said it was AIM and a 90s thing and the woman said “you’re not feeling yourself, are you?” What kind of person says something like that to someone else?
