Good quality clothes here except the front desk here is usually lost about returns. The process takes forever.
Upon doing a return, The sales lady accused me of washing a pair of pants that my husband did not like. Not only did I not wash the pants because my husband simply did just not like them, but this sales person did not ask and accused me of something I did not do, she made the other sales person smell the pants she kept insisting it had lint like being washed. I had a fantastic shopping experience at the Lucky Brand outlet at Sawgrass Mills. While browsing with my friend Travis and my dog, Mr. Steven Spielberg, I discovered a great pair of relaxed-fit jeans that fit perfectly. I also came across an irresistibly cute pair of brown shorts adorned with khaki-colored peace signs—definitely a unique find!
