Rude, rude, rude. The hairstylists are extremely rude and not helpful. Maybe it was bc I'm an AA, I noticed woman who seemed to have an accent got treated better. When I came to get my hair done at this location, the female who washed my hair did not give me a deep conditioner like I asked. Then basically lied and said she did, like I don't know the difference, smh. I asked another hairstylist if she was a manager bc she was telling everyone what to do, her response was, "I look like a manager to you?" And that's when I knew... read more

I walked in the store at 7:59pm apparently they close 8p.m.. all I needed was needle and thread. Instead of them serving me they proceeded to tell me that they was closed. I told them exactly what I needed. They told me that they dont have any. I have never seen or heard of ANY beauty supply store that runs out of needle and thread. I will continue to support feel good beauty! At least its clean I there unlike this place!

Its a small place but they are inexpensive and friendly mom n pop place
