Very bad experience! They ruined my nails and charged way too much. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, but they did something completely different. On top of that, my nails already started lifting from the top. This was my first and definitely my last time here. Never visiting again

Worst experience ever. Went in to simply remove my acrylic nails and cleanup - manicure. Instead of soaking my nails she kept containing to use her tool to shave that it started to hurt. Then she burned a finger. And was very rough in twisting my thumb - at that point I had enough and said take it easy you are hurting me. She then gave me a death stare and rolled her eyes at me and said “this is how I do!” I just said enough and got up washed my hands and still paid for the unfinished job $18.00. Terrible experience at Lucky Bamboo Nails. My nails came off after just 2 days and hurt my fingers. The staff were rude and even insisted I pay again to fix their poor work.Total waste of time and money. I would never recommend this salon.

Worst nail saloon, poor customer service from the owner herself I think her name is “Herline “. I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon due to the owner’s poor conduct and lack of professionalism. The nail polish used on my nails was nearly empty and streaky, resulting in a patchy, uneven finish. When I politely pointed this out and requested a fix, the owner became defensive and rude—insulting me instead of addressing the problem.
