Michelle and Lucky Baby Lactation are the reason I am still breastfeeding. My baby had difficulty transferring milk due to torticollis which I was unaware of until I saw Michelle. Even my pediatrician wrote in an office note “no signs of torticollis.” I saw three lactation consultants in the hospital and one 3 weeks after leaving the hospital. Truly the best experience working with Laura!! She was so kind, patient, understanding, and supportive right from the beginning. She really makes you feel comfortable and works with you to answer all questions and get you to your goals. I started with a preemie with trouble latching/transferring at breast to exclusively nursing after just a few sessions! My baby is now 1 still nursing, happy, and healthy! I can’t thank Lucky Baby and Laura enough!
Laura was our lifesaver!! Truly if it wasn't for her, I would've quit breastfeeding. I was referred by a friend and made our initial consultation prior to our daughter being born. I went in kind of blind to the breastfeeding process and Laura really walked us through step by step. I needed help with my son’s latch as he was not gaining weight. Michelle was able to give me great tips for my son and I. A week later I wanted to try pumping but was intimidated & overwhelmed by it as a FTM but she was able to give me a clear guide to follow along with a flange fitting and I was able to pump and freeze extra milk that I was getting. Highly recommend, she’s very relaxed and supportive. I later had an issue with a clogged duct and she give me tips that resolved my issue within 24 hours!
I had the best experience working with Michelle. She was extremely helpful educating me on breastfeeding, navigating tightness in my son's mouth, along with ideas for proper pumping schedules. I felt really comfortable during our sessions, and am really grateful for her as a resource as a first time mom. Would definitely suggest working with Michelle for any BF moms!
