The owner of this shop, Carlos, charged me $160 yesterday to fix my bumper and install a new rubber piece above my tire. The work was fine. However, he claimed he only accepts cash, but refused to give me a receipt at the end despite my repeated asking. He claimed he was doing me a favor, but in reality, he was doing himself a favor. What professional business refuses to give you a receipt for the work completed? It’s absurd, really. I will not be going to this shop again.
