Lucky Athletes offers personalized workouts with holistic approach to physical health: weightlifting, cardio, mobility—and even diet. The gym always has great energy and offers amenities like towels, showers, cold plunge, etc. Jesus, the owner and head trainer, is fantastic and truly cares about the community he has built. Cannot recommend enough!
Seuss and Ronaldo are incredible trainers, and all-around people! They personalize workouts to whatever your fitness goals are and give you a variety of exercises based on the week. They’ve recently renovated the studio and have gotten equipment like a cold bath and infrared sauna. The gym members are a good mix of different folks and because it’s a studio it has more of a community vibe. They do a lot of charity and volunteering with LA schools, which reflects Seuss’s philosophy on fitness!
Wait, there's a gym next to Dialog? Yes–and it's the best kept secret in LA. I've been going Lucky Athletes for 3 years and I've seen a massive improvement in my strength and overall fitness. The gym is run by Jesus who started the business from scratch. He's a low-ego trainer who enjoys helping people reach their goals. Lucky athletes is one of the best gyms I have been to! Jesus has always been very welcoming and has done a great job at creating an environment with motivated individuals who are all working towards the same fitness health goals.
