Jesus has always been very welcoming and has done a great job at creating an environment with motivated individuals who are all working towards the same fitness health goals. One of the best gyms like coming here
Came in with a friend who's a member and Jesus was gracious enough to let me workout for free. He overheard me talking about having a shoulder injury and came up with a shoulder-friendly workout for us on the spot! The space and equipment are all super clean and well-maintained. Didn't get to try out the sauna but the ice bath was awesome. Overall a great first experience at Lucky Athletes and looking forward to many more. Thank Jesus!
I joined Lucky Athletes almost 2 months ago. Since I started not only I lost 9 pounds in 1 month and reduced body fat, but I also have more energy throughout the day, sleep better and feel stronger. Jesus and Ronaldo has helped me create consistent exercise schedules and encourage adherence to them. Knowing you have a session scheduled can be a strong motivator to stick to your goals.
