Had a great experience at Lucky 7 Car Store and the staff was very friendly.
Just purchased a car with the help of Jordan. Had car ready for a test drive when I walked in. Let me know they already had scheduled a repair that wouldn’t cost me anything extra. Great experience and very happy with how quickly I drove away in my new Cadillac! UPDATE: Trying to contact Lucky 7 to simply confirm the scheduled maintenance date was impossible. Phone calls are not returned, messages are not returned, emails are not returned. The only response I've received was a text from the salesman who only indicated that t... read more
My husband bought a car from here Almost 2 months ago! They delivered it to him in the dark for one so he couldn’t check it needs over 3000$ in work but we knew it was as is no warranty. But he paid the tag and title fees, and still has yet to receive his title. His paper temporary plate is expired so he cannot even use the car and lucky 7 won’t answer any of our calls. Spent to much money to be sealing with him. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
Editing my original review; Daniel and Travis were phenomenal to work with, exceptionally happy with their customer service! While they were great to work with, I think it was really just a set up to pull the wool over my eyes to the actual condition of the vehicle I bought for my teenage son. I fully believe they didn't disclose major issues with the car and let us drive off the lot knowing it was a piece of shit.
