Stopped to speak with someone regarding damage done to the front bumper of a vehicle. Initial and immediate reaction was we wash hundreds of vehicles a day with no damage. I was quickly told I was uppity and it was not their problem. message was left for management / owner have yet to receive a phone call STAY AWAY!!!!
