Booked 2 pedicures here specifically so my partner and I could have them done together during my lunch break. Unfortunately, they took her right away and left me sitting there waiting, despite my limited time. I ended up having to leave back to work without my service. Really disappointing experience, especially after calling ahead. Just a heads-up for anyone else booking together.
Update: added a photo from my last gel x set which were clearly much sleeker and not Bulky which contradicts their argument on “that’s just how gel x is” have a nice day! I’ve been coming here regularly for over a year. I got Gel-X the last two visits and i always get a spa pedicure, tip well, and have even referred friends. But this last visit was honestly disappointing and disrespectful. I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a while now, and I can't recommend it enough! Vicky, the owner, is amazing—she’s not only incredibly skilled but also warm and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. The pedicures are absolutely top-notch—thorough, relaxing, and leave my feet feeling brand new. I walked into Lucky 4 Nail Spa hoping for a relaxing experience, but what I encountered was incredibly disappointing and offensive. From the moment I entered, I noticed the staff speaking warmly and attentively to the white women already being serviced. In contrast, I was not greeted, and the energy toward me was cold, dismissive, and rushed.
