This is my neighborhood grocery store. We come here once or twice a week to buy vegetables,fresh bagel (Asiago), apple, peaches, grapes, bananas, chicken, sauce, pasta, and juices. We just love to buy items here. Everything is very well organized and the shelves are super full. During the holidays, if we need something from the butcher department, they are super helpful and accommodating.
Don't eat at Lucky's most specifically their sandwiches. The oven was dirty and when I got my sandwich it tasted like plastic. Also, the tuna had a icky taste about it. It was overfilled (not in a good way) as it was making the paper wer. Lastly, I got food poisoning from the sandwich. I stayed up all night in the bathroom, being sick. If you alreay know what I mean. 🤮
This was my first time shopping at Lucky Supermarket using my WIC card, and I was a little unsure about how everything worked since it’s new to me as a pregnant woman receiving WIC benefits. Unfortunately, my experience with the cashier, Markita, was very unpleasant. She was not patient or helpful at all and seemed frustrated from the start.
