Love Lucky 13. Amazing people and great customer service. They definitely make you feel welcome and confortable. Not to mention bang out awesome tattoos. All my tattoos and three of four of my fiancé's tattoos are done by James. Great guy!!
Usually just go here for jewelry for my lip piercing but just went today for my very first tattoo and Connor did a lovely job. She was so friendly. Would definitely go back for another tattoo!
