Cartilage piercing got very infected, in spite of excellent after care. Piercing had to be removed by s doctor and the process was extremely painful.

Lucky 13 has the best artist in Richmond they are fun CLEAN and do a Great job. the shop is Big and open and VERY CLEAN . I will never go to a nother tattoo shop . they always give great prices and make you want to come back i love Lucky 13 i think this place is a must go to check out .............
I am a healthcare professional and was very picky about where I was going to have my work done .I inspected the place out VERY WELL about using sterile equipment, and made sure everything was single-use, disposable ink, and needles. I don't know what that other person is describing either that wrote the bad review, but I got a piercing AND a tattoo there and didn't have the first bit of trouble with getting any infections.
