Jo is consistent, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about healthy progression. She provides different approaches to the workouts to ensure everyone is comfortable, execution is on point and to ensure safety - all while setting us up for success and gains. The group classes are so welcoming & her prices are budget friendly! So glad that I found her!
This is my first time working out alone or with a trainer and I love it. She made getting comfortable with exercises easy and she always has a positive uplifting attitude that’s inviting. If i could refer her to everyone I know I would.

I have been working out with Luckie Fit Studios for a couple months now and I am loving it. The group of women I workout with are awesome and make working fun.
