I've been going to this doctor for years and it's always the same thing. One to two hour wait and then another sitting in a room. Time management is important for everyone and he is definitely not on any kind of schedule.

There’s a lady at the front desk who is so disgustingly rude. I spoke to her on 09/29 @1:43pm. This women has such a nasty attitude on the phone and I asked her for her name, she proceeds to tell me she does not have a name then hangs up on my face. Everytime I go to this place they are always “backed up” and will tell you to come at 8pm. I went as a new patient. My appointment was at 6:30pm. They texted me confirming a change the day before to 6:15pm. I made it to his office at 6:07pm and they had me waiting until 7:14. I approached the desk to inform I was leaving and they asked me to wait 1 minute to reschedule….. I sat back down, waited and finally decided to leave. I received a call 30 min later to reschedule. Of course I’m not going back…. Horrible service. If you go here, make sure to cancel the rest of your day just in case.

Dr. Luckett is awesome! The bedside manner is incredible and you can talk about anything with him. He looks at your situation from your standpoint, medically and then uses his knowledge and expertise. and is an amazing doctor. The girls up front are amazing (Shout out Nic and Ashley!)and take care of all your prescription needs and lord knows my pharmacy has put them through hell.
