I went as a new patient. My appointment was at 6:30pm. They texted me confirming a change the day before to 6:15pm. I made it to his office at 6:07pm and they had me waiting until 7:14. I approached the desk to inform I was leaving and they asked me to wait 1 minute to reschedule….. I sat back down, waited and finally decided to leave. I received a call 30 min later to reschedule. Of course I’m not going back…. Horrible service. If you go here, make sure to cancel the rest of your day just in case.

Dr. Luckett is awesome! The bedside manner is incredible and you can talk about anything with him. He looks at your situation from your standpoint, medically and then uses his knowledge and expertise. and is an amazing doctor. The girls up front are amazing (Shout out Nic and Ashley!)and take care of all your prescription needs and lord knows my pharmacy has put them through hell. THIS PRACTICE SHOULD BE AWARDED FOR ITS AMAZING WORK!!! AS A NEW PATIENT I WAS RELUCTANT TO CHANGE FROM MY PREVIOUS PCP OF 15yrs. DR. LUCKETT AND THE STAFF MADE IT SEEM AS THOUGH THEYVE BEEN THERE, AS FAMILY( that’s the level of comfort). DR. LUCKETT LISTENED TO ME, THEN WE CAME UP WITH TREATMENT BASED ON OUR EXPERIENCE. I WAS NOT JUST ANOTHER $$$ ROLLING THROUGH HIS OFFICE.

I am a new patient (L. B-A). THE OVERALL INTAKE AND COURTESY WAS ASTONISHING. THE DOCTOR GAVE THE BEST ADVICE ON MY MEDICAL CARE, BASED ON EXPERIENCE, AND MY KNOWLEDGE OF MY HISTORY. IT WAS REFRESHING TO HAVE SOMEONE SEE YOU AS A PERSON AND NOT AN INSURANCE CLAIM.
