I never had a bad experience in read some of the reviews. Dr.luckette staff is so nice and polite.I never had to wait a long time to see the doctor.He takes his time with yo he dont rush .He goes thru your labs ..Telling you if something is wrong or right. Beware they don’t accept all insurance but also don’t notate that you do have insurance so they charge you an out-of-pocket total cost for the visit then send your lab out. I've been going to this doctor for years and it's always the same thing. One to two hour wait and then another sitting in a room. Time management is important for everyone and he is definitely not on any kind of schedule.

There’s a lady at the front desk who is so disgustingly rude. I spoke to her on 09/29 @1:43pm. This women has such a nasty attitude on the phone and I asked her for her name, she proceeds to tell me she does not have a name then hangs up on my face. Everytime I go to this place they are always “backed up” and will tell you to come at 8pm. I went as a new patient. My appointment was at 6:30pm. They texted me confirming a change the day before to 6:15pm. I made it to his office at 6:07pm and they had me waiting until 7:14. I approached the desk to inform I was leaving and they asked me to wait 1 minute to reschedule….. I sat back down, waited and finally decided to leave. I received a call 30 min later to reschedule. Of course I’m not going back…. Horrible service. If you go here, make sure to cancel the rest of your day just in case.
