I can not say enough great things about this company Requested quote via their website. Got a call back with quotes for both vehicles. Great prices, best out of every quote I got. Was able to schedule service right away (weather dependent) had first vehicle done, called back the next week and scheduled second vehicle. Brooke in the office was knowledgeable and helpful. Awesome group of guys.. got the job done quick. Did it in a little bit of rain even .. vacuumed the inside. Very glad I went with this spot they came the next day for a great price too.
So happy we found Lucken Auto Glass to replace our windshield. Came to my work to replace, so no down time with our vehicle. The process was very smooth, educational, and professional at every step. Never realized windshields needed to be calibrated and learned not every installer has the right tools for the reinstall. Lucken certainly does and will be getting our referrals from here on out.
DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!! a $250 glass service just costed me thousands in repairs! The tech tha came out messed up my entire electrical system including, the speaker in the door that was worked on, my alarm now constantly randomly goes off and my trunk gets 0 electric to it now to open when I deliver for a living costing me money that way as well never in your life give this company money the owner is horrible and rude and came out to argue and not help.
