I am utterly appalled by my experience at this office. The lack of communication from the staff is infuriating, and their rudeness only compounded the situation. It was clear that my needs as a patient were dismissed, as the doctor seemed to prioritize the staff's word over mine, leading to the abrupt end of my care. To make matters worse, I called in about my appointment and was informed that it had been canceled, with the staff claiming that I had requested this change. We the the care Dr.Lucky and his staff provide.
Best place to go for HRT and getting healthy. Been going for about 4.5 years now. Dr K Luckay is my favorite doctor I’ve ever had, he is understanding, listens, works with you, and most importantly practices what he preaches. Only downside is that it is all self pay, but I only go every 6 months so it’s not bad at all. Highly recommend!
