Not happy with how long they take to book an appointment. They keep telling me to fill up the application and we'll call you but never call. It's a waste of time. I don't recommend this clinic
Dr Luckay has been my doctor for 30 years. He listens to me & he cares how you feel & your beliefs/opinions. I would highly recommend him & his practice.
I am utterly appalled by my experience at this office. The lack of communication from the staff is infuriating, and their rudeness only compounded the situation. It was clear that my needs as a patient were dismissed, as the doctor seemed to prioritize the staff's word over mine, leading to the abrupt end of my care. To make matters worse, I called in about my appointment and was informed that it had been canceled, with the staff claiming that I had requested this change.
