Husband called two days ahead to let them know his refill date. You would think they would check stock the day of calling for the copay ,or would have know to get more medication. But instead when letting them know your coming you get told you only are to receive 3 pills out of whole prescription. They act as if you should know your auto refill prescriptions and very bad communication, wait till and attitude. Go elsewhere just to make a label or know copay you must bring in ID to fill in front of you just even for depression... read more

Absolutely awful. Took an hour and a half to tell me they couldn't fill any of the 9 prescriptions i was waiting for and refused to transfer one as well as taking over 3 hours to send the rest and the pharmacist was incredibly rude and unprofessional on the phone. The second pharmacy had to tell her to stop playing games and transfer the prescriptions. They are absolute trash! Edit to add: I has now been 3 1/2 hours since the transfer request was put in and the pharmacist JUST faxed over 9 pages with nothing but the pharmacy... read more
