Quality eye care is a family tradition at Luck Optical. Dr. L.H. Luck opened his in downtown Fort Worth in 1936. It was at the end of the Great Depression. Most people could barely afford to eat but Dr. Luck made sure they could get desperately needed eye exams and glasses. He let them make small payments over weeks and months. While I will say the Doctor was a decent one the actual optical place as a whole lacked some quality. First off the pair I chose (which I was not impressed with the selection) the service people stated to only use their cloth to clean them with. I put the glasses in the case with their cloth and upon returning home they were scratched deeply and visibly. Not worth the price, not worth the lack of friendly service and I will not be returning.
Best eye doctors in Fort Worth. I've been coming here for 20 years. They are a little expensive but their great customer service is what makes me come back. I am now taking my 3 kids here. They have nice frames that my kids loved. I'm looking forward to get glasses as well since I only could afford my kids glasses and my contacts.
The glasses dept should be closed and fire all the girls. Overpriced and the selection is poor. The staff is not helpful at all. Had a college student who needed a quick replacement pair and they could not move without a new prescription that was a couple of months out.
