Very impressed with Chad Luck's work at my house. His team spray foamed a 640 sq ft bonus room above my garage for me. He was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful about building codes, showed up when he said he would, and got the job done quickly and done right at a fair price. An overall great neighbor to work with!
Chad is extremely helpful through the whole process. His team is very professional and did an exceptional job. Our home is about 30 years old and the attic insulation was original and very inefficient, especially during the summer and the air conditioners were having to work too hard and still couldn't cool the house properly. Now my family is complaining that they are cold, even though it's 89 degrees outside and I have to turn down the A/C. The electric bill should be very happy and so am I.
