Horrible experience with this shady company. My son, who is a new driver, needed assistance with a flat tire since his jack broke. The driver ended up patching my son's tire and told him a tow wouldn't be necessary. My son gave him $90 in cash. I found a $199 charge for a tow on my credit card the next day.
