Oil change on new 24 Equinox. Technician left oil cap off after oil change and oil sprayed over engine. I checked under hood before leaving dealership and that is when I saw the oil cap laying off to the side and not installed. I informed the service writer which had the technician install the cap and clean the engine.
I got my truck right to the door of the service department and it cutoff and wouldn’t start again. I came in for an oil change and suspected I needed a new batter. Without hesitation the service department jumped the truck and moved into the bay to work on it. 45 minutes later , my truck was ready and like a new truck. They were quick and efficient.
I purchased a vehicle from Lucks Chevy. I used my credit union for financing. The person I was working with ran my credit after he told me that my face Lucks wasn't running my credit . I check my score, and there is a hard inquiry from Lucks Chevy, so basically the person I was working with lied . If that was the process then that's the process but why lie? I already had the money . I wish I could return this vehicle totally dissatisfied.
