Avoid this place!!! The allergist is highly unprofessional - both in terms of medical expertise in allergy care and in basic patient interaction. From a clinical standpoint, he shows no interest in understanding your individual case. He does not listen to your symptoms, medical history, or context. Instead, he relies on a one-size-fits-all approach: a very basic questionnaire followed by generic advice to eliminate ALL potential allergens from your life (it means everything), regardless of their actual relevance or risk. Listen to these reviews and get another referral for an allergist even if you have to wait a bit longer. I got my first dose of allergy shots and went it according to plan, but they made it impossible to reorder the second batch and make you run through a bunch of arbitrary hoops to get the help you need. This boomer doctor desperately needs to retire. Stay away!
I was worried when I saw the reviews but after coming for my visit, it was quite nice. The assistant was lovely. Doctor was straight to the point. It’s a specialist office at the end of the day. Yes had to pay $50 but I think that’s not a big deal.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever experienced in my life in terms of doctors. From the front office receptionist who is very arrogant and dismissive to the allergy doctor of whom doesn’t even talk to you or even look you in the face and ask you your areas of concern for your child. To the nurse who comes in and puts the dots on your child’s arm, who is also very arrogant. This allergy test was charged service and not covered under the MSP plan. During my appointment, the report review was rushed and only briefly explained. I was not given sufficient time to ask questions or clarify items I did not understand. For a paid service, I expected a more thorough explanation and better patient support. Based on this experience, I am very dissatisfied.
