This past Wednesday, 12/17, I went to get a physical exam. I was sent to get some blood work done. Got my order along with a paper with 4 highlighted locations to get my blood work done. Which I went to those locations. I went to 3 different locations and none of them took my insurance. I went as a walk-in because they didn't have any available appointments. I had a wonderful experience at Lucita MD. The front desk staff was efficient and helpful from the moment I arrived. Daisy the medical assistant was very kind and made me feel at ease. NP Jennifer was an incredible listener who made me feel completely heard and cared for. The whole team was sincere and truly dedicated to providing great care. I highly recommend this office.
Rude receptionist and doctor gets booked out two weeks. Find another doctor do not waste your time here
