Lucino Construction was the main contractor that started and finished our 4 unit apartment building. We started in 2019 almost right before the pandemic and finished after the pandemic around 2023. Suffice to say, the process was anything but smooth because of the pandemic. The work includes demolishing an existing building and pouring concrete for the new foundation.
