Lucino Construction was the main contractor that started and finished our 4 unit apartment building. We started in 2019 almost right before the pandemic and finished after the pandemic around 2023. Suffice to say, the process was anything but smooth because of the pandemic. The work includes demolishing an existing building and pouring concrete for the new foundation. Lucino has done two jobs for me. The first one, he did an addition to the main house and the second, made an ADU/Granny Unit on my property. On both occasions, his estimates were better than from other contractors. His timeline/schedule was punctual, communication was constant with updates, and the finished work was impeccable. I am very satisfied with his work. I have referred him to family members and if needed, I would work with him again.
