I had a video consultation with Daniella who couldn’t have been more helpful, understanding and compassionate. Truly wonderful customer service and it was a no brainer to choose Lucinda Ellery for a solution to my hair loss. The follow-up from my consultation was superb and had all the information I required. I’m now in the process of booking in for my first appointment and really looking forward to it!

I had a great experience when visiting Lucinda Ellery in Edinburgh recently. I had a consultation with Chris who was very knowledgeable about my hair loss from frontal fibrotion alopecia. It has been distressing losing my hair ,but after my visit to Lucinda I feel that I am in very good hands to fix my problem. I felt no pressure from anyone to do anything which made me feel at ease. My whole existence to date has been very positive. So looking forward to start the process.

Thought the staff were very helpful and did their very best to try to find a solution to my hair issue. Would highly recommend this clinic and hope to return for the treatment

I have been coming here for some years now and have always been made very welcome and at ease. All the staff are lovely and could not be more helpful and understanding, as it can be a little unsettling to have this problem. I always come out feeling good and thankful!
