Nothing but good things to say about Lucina Birth Centre. I tried to have both my babies there. My first born in 2022 we ended up having to go to the Misercordia- but all in great experience (just sad we missed out on the waffles.) My second baby in 2024 was born in the Birth centre and I could not be happier. The support of the midwives was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable and the waffles did not disappoint
My wife and I had our baby at Lucina Birth Centre and our experience was amazing. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The private room was comfortable and we both felt very at home in the environment. They had everything we could have thought of and needed, from stools, to shower, to tub. Being able to control the lighting and play our own music was great as well. The kitchen and dining are was great to be able to step out into to have a quick bite to eat. We highly recommend a Midwife, especially with Lucina! Laura Gibbs is Amazing! Make sure to apply well in advance, as it may take some time to get assigned a Midwife.
