The facilities, space, and supports offered at Lucina birth centre allowed me to have an incredibly positive, empowering birth experience. My midwife, Emma, and my birth team supported me to truly have the birth of my dreams. The Lucina birth centre offered everything we needed in terms of birth tools & supplies and I felt safe and cared for. I would highly recommend considering the birth centre for any low risk pregnancies. 🙂
I loved birthing at Lucina. The environment was so relaxing, there was no long check in or admission, just right into a birth room. The tubs were big and perfect for a waterbirth without having to setup a tub. Having a queen bed after was nice for my husband to lay with me and the baby. The food after was a treat and I will encourage any and all my friends to go to Lucina!
