Place an order for Wife day before Valentine’s Day was guaranteed delivery. They called me later in afternoon and told didn’t have exact flower arrangement in stock …That was on their website. So I pick a substitute. Next day, no Delivery No Call. I called on Saturday to ask what happened? With an unsympathetic apology “Don’t know what happed ? And blame staff! Told me they’d offer me a refund. REFUND Big Deal! Also refund will take few days!!! BLEW the biggest day of the year!!! BAD Business !
I’ve photographed a few weddings that Lucille has done the flowers for and they always look great! The color scheme she chose was beautiful and the flowers really popped anytime they were in a photo. I think she truly made the space extra special!
