Horrible customer service. They asked for a full upfront payment for my mother's visit in mid October, 2025, despite she has Medicare which would cover 80% of the cost. To this date (it has been 3 months already) we still have to get reimbursed for the difference. I have called several times to no avail. The staff is super rude and unhelpful, when they answer the phones, that is. My mother was not impressed with the quality of the service she received from the doctor either. Stay away from this practice.
Dr. Shore-Schein is an excellent rheumatologist. She has helped me a great deal. I highly recommend her.
