The gym is crowded, they did not have air conditioning all summer long. They’ve had construction done during the class disturbing everything. I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a month and they keep telling me the manager is not in and they can not help me. I would never recommended this gym and would never go to another Lucille Roberts after this experience
