Sauna wasn’t working for 3 weeks. I complained to corporate. It was fixed. Apparently that lasted a whole week. It’s no longer working (broken again). Staff says they’re not responsible for maintaining equipment. I have pictures of broken/not operable exercise bikes & of the note I found on the broken-again sauna & I WILL go to the Attorney General with my grievances.

Love the gym great staff and people only one issue Please up date Bay Ridge in Brooklyn we need the lateralX octane machine other places have that fitness machine, except bay ridge in Brooklyn I have been a member 4 years, it would be so great to have that the regular octane doesn’t work great doesn’t glide the way lateral X DOES.
It used to be great place since it is "all women's gym"! not anymore. Each time there is a male worker in the middle of the popular Zumba class of Roxy. There is no one to complain to even if the majority are muslim and covered. I guess it is time to look for a better, real "all women class". For Kung fu lovers, reach out. I have one for you 100% all women, including doors and windows covered! We don't need to sacrifice our faith for few dances and people who care less to make simple adjustment to meet their customers needs.

I've been a member for many year, however I'm getting more and more unhappy with the gym conditions. First, it's unbearably hot which makes it impossible to do any cardio, after bringing the issue to the stuff, they said there is nothing they can do and central a.c. system need to be fixed but no one is fixing anything for months after multiple complaints buy many members. I love Lucille Roberts. Zumba classes are my favorites. Everything is brand new & people are nice & polite. I would like to go every day but can't. Really good place. nice & clean. Excellent instructors. The best women's gym
