Was looking to join a gym in my area and started shopping around. Lucille Roberts is the closest to my house, so I got 2 week pass to try it out. I strongly suggest you do this with any club... but especially this one. Pros * Inexpensive *$20/a month no contract (although, I still think it isn't worth it in the end. You get what you pay for. And as for "contract, cancel anytime" I heard its extremely hard to cancel. I am so disappointed with this Gym. The customer service is horrible. The cops had to be called one day when I was working out b/c the manager put her hands on a customer. Classes are consistently overcrowded. You pay extra to get into the Zumba classes but you have to show up an extra 20 minutes early just to get a spot and even then there is not enough room to move around. The set up of the gym itself does not work. The only restrooms and showers are down stairs but in order to get to them you have to walk through the crow... read more

I would not recommend this lucille Roberts or any for that matter. The ladies that work there aren't very friendly except for the manager Tameka. They make it impossible for you to cancel your membership and they debit money from your account without your authorization. I orginally paid with my debit card that I use for my pay pal account only and they started to debit my monthly bill from that account. I spoke to one of the representatives there and explained to her that I no longer wanted the funds to be debited from that ... read more
